We aim to be fair while maintaining the quality and integrity of our programs. Please review our refund and cancellation terms below.

1. Yoga Classes (Drop-in or Monthly Passes)

• No refunds for missed classes or partial attendance.

• Monthly passes are non-transferable and valid only for the specified period.

• Extensions or holds are not available unless under special circumstances (e.g., medical reasons).

2. Workshops & Special Events

• Cancellations made 72 hours prior to the event are eligible for a 50% refund.

• Cancellations within 72 hours are non-refundable.

• If we cancel or reschedule an event, a full refund or credit will be issued.

3. Retreats

• Advance deposit is non-refundable.

• Balance amount may be partially refunded depending on notice period and retreat terms.

• Detailed retreat-specific terms will be provided during registration.

4. Merchandise

• Items can be exchanged only if defective or damaged upon delivery.

• Exchanges must be requested within 7 days of receiving the product.

5. Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to the original payment method.
