3. Cancellation & Refunds

• No refunds are offered for missed regular yoga sessions or late cancellations.

• Primal Yoga reserves the right to cancel any class or workshop. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.

4. Code of Conduct

Participants are expected to:

• Arrive on time and respect the space.

• Refrain from disruptive or disrespectful behavior.

• Follow safety instructions from our instructors.

We reserve the right to remove participants without refund if they violate these terms.

5. Privacy & Data Usage

We collect your contact details for class registration and communication purposes. By using our site, you consent to:

• Receive emails/SMS/WhatsApp messages related to your bookings and offers.

• Have your information shared with payment gateways for transaction processing.
  We do not sell or misuse your data.

6. Health Disclaimer

Yoga and wellness practices involve physical movement and mental engagement. You agree to participate voluntarily and understand that:

• You are responsible for assessing your physical and mental health before joining.

• Primal Yoga and its instructors are not liable for any injuries or health issues arising from participation.

Consult your physician before starting any new wellness practice.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content — including images, text, videos, and branding — belongs to Primal Yoga. You may not reproduce or use it for commercial purposes without written consent.
